About
Who's behind this, and why we built it.
Harry Engel and Dr. Michael Dorausch
Mike and I own Nearme Networks. We've been doing local SEO, local marketing, social media, call tracking, and landing page testing since before any of those had names. Mike runs Planet Chiropractic; I've been running Frye Chiropractic in Lancaster, California since 1994. Between us we've spent decades figuring out what actually gets a phone to ring and a patient to walk in.
We were tracking results before most people knew there was anything to track. We built landing pages and 5-star review systems long before the companies now selling them existed. We were split-testing ads with call tracking before CallRail was a company. We've listened to hundreds of thousands of tracked calls to map, honestly, what actually causes a real person to book an appointment.
Before the iPhone existed, we bet that people would search the internet with "near me." Nearme Networks owns some of the most useful of those domains, and every now and then one of them gets clicked on and someone hits the buy-it-now button for six figures. We're patient.
Why we built this
For years I've worked with marketing agencies who promised to actively stay on top of my ad spend and maximize the return. Over time I noticed something: almost all of them were out of touch. They couldn't see the trends they needed to see soon enough. Money was leaking every day — money I wouldn't have wasted if I'd been paying attention myself.
So the first half of this tool is what I wish an agency dashboard had been: honest numbers, in front of everyone, every day. It keeps the agency awake and aware, and keeps the client in the loop with nothing hidden.
The other half: your front desk
Most agencies push their clients onto GoHighLevel because it has every feature and it's cheap. Fair enough. But staff hates it. It's not easy, it's not intuitive, it's complex, and it changes constantly. Training someone on it is painful.
So the second half of this product is a plain daily worklist. Print it once, twice, or three times a day depending on your lead flow. Staff looks up the lead, makes the follow-up call or updates the status, and moves to the next line. Highly delegatable. Management can see the calls got made because the checklist got checked off.
Leads that need a call back later? Staff uses the tickler system in GHL and we surface it on the worklist on the day the call needs to be made — and every day after until it happens.
Where we're going
Right now we're onboarding a small number of hand-picked testers for free in exchange for honest feedback. If you're one of them, thanks — you'll be grandfathered on price forever. When we open it up more broadly, pricing goes up for each new cohort, and existing users hold their rate.
